Ancient Caravan Trail [walking]:
This is a 9 day cultural and walking tour of Syria's amazing diversity of landscapes and historic sites by vehicle and on foot. The walks are graded as easy to moderate (4-6hrs a day) at low elevation, well within the capabilities of active people. We trek along ancient trading trails & routes, experience the local Bedouin tribal community and their nomadic lifestyle and explore the layers of history from Crusader castles to grand trading cities, including Damascus, Palmyra, Aleppo, Krak des Chevaliers.
