Wild Mongolia:
A 15 day tour to experience the raw beauty and traditional ways of remote Mongolia. Hidden from the world for seventy years, this isolated country once created the greatest land empire ever seen. With great diversity of landscapes, crumbling ruins and roaming herdsmen riding Mongolian horses - see it all as you travel through a land that seems forgotten by time.
Visit the palaces and monasteries of Ulaanbaatar, experience everyday Mongolian life with a homestay, stay in traditional gers [tents], visit the grandeur of Khovsgol Lake, hike a volcanic peak, sooth muscles in hot springs and see Genghis Khan's Karakorum capital. [Tours May-September only]
