Libyan Sahara:
The Libyan Sahara is one of the world's great wilderness areas. Our 11 day tour begins on the coast at Libya's capital, Tripoli, then heads for the barren desert interior as we travel by 4WD to the Akakus Mountains and beyond. By day we explore the legacy of the ancient peoples who once lived here. At night we camp wild amidst some of North Africa's most spectacular desert scenery. We finish with a visit to the region's best-known ancient site - the renowned Leptis Magna.
Lost Cities of the Roman Empire:
Some of Rome's greatest antiquities lie scattered in north Libya. None perhaps more inspiring than the ancient city of Leptis Magna beside the Mediterranean Sea. On this 12 day tour we explore north Africa's best-preserved Roman city, visit Berber towns and stay in a troglydyte house, travel around Saharan landscapes, oasis towns and the battlefields of Tobruk, in a fascinating, rarely visited country.

Across the Sahara, Cairo to Casablanca [Overland]:
This epic 39 day trip from Cairo to Casablanca follows in the footsteps of mighty civilisations, crossing the Sahara and passing through Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. Discover the rich cultures and dramatic histories of these five fascinating countries as we travel from modern Arab cities through the majestic Atlas and Hoggar mountain ranges, be awestruck by the beauty of the Sahara, enjoy visits to Berber and Tuareg settlements and explore ancient ruins - as we make our way from one coast of Africa to the other.
