Bugbog's favourite V&A artefact, the Tippoo's Tiger. OK, so we're just big kids.
This life size music-box automaton tiger is gnawing on an imperial British warmonger in 1790 military uniform. A crank handle moved the man's arm and simulates groans. The tiger was owned by Tipu Sultan of Mysore, one of India's most implacable anti-Brits.

The V&A's metalwork area.

The V&A's glorious and ancient cafeteria.

We're not sure what this area is but those vast columns look suspiciously, triumphantly Roman.
